REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If there's a problem, we'll try to fix it. Don't worry, we "get it"-- sometimes projects change at the very last minute. You've purchased an image that you are not, in fact, going to use. Our policy on those situations is outlined below.

And, sometimes, we mess up. We do everything in our power to prevent it, but stuff happens. Let us know what the situation is and we'll make it right.

If we have shipped an image or disc to you, or you have downloaded images from our site, our photographers require that we get a signed affidavit from you that you will not be using the image/s in any way. View and print the affidavit by clicking here, or contact us and we'll send it to you. Fill it in and fax it back to us. We'll get in touch with you to finalize details.

ROYALTY-FREE: SINGLE IMAGE REFUND POLICY
  • Within 2 days of invoice date, full refund with signed affidavit.
     
  • Within 14 days of invoice date, $50 (U.S.) retaining fee with signed affidavit.
     
  • After 14 days of invoice date, no refund.

ROYALTY-FREE: DISC REFUND POLICY
  • Unopened CDs:
    Full refund will be applied once disc is returned*.
     
  • Opened CDs:

    Within 1 week of invoice date, full refund will be applied with return of signed affidavit and CD.

    After 1 week and up to 3 weeks of invoice date, 50% refund will be applied with return of signed affidavit and CD.

    After 3 weeks of invoice date, no refund. 

*Shipping charges can not be refunded unless the reason for the refund is that we messed up your order.
