REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If there's a problem, we'll try to fix it. Don't worry, we "get it"-- sometimes projects change at the very last minute. You've purchased an image that you are not, in fact, going to use. Our policy on those situations is outlined below. And, sometimes, we mess up. We do everything in our power to prevent it, but stuff happens. Let us know what the situation is and we'll make it right. If we have shipped an image or disc to you, or you have downloaded images from our site, our photographers require that we get a signed affidavit from you that you will not be using the image/s in any way. View and print the affidavit by clicking here, or contact us and we'll send it to you. Fill it in and fax it back to us. We'll get in touch with you to finalize details.
