Q: HOW CAN I GET A COPY OF MY ORDERS/INVOICES?
A: The fastest and easiest way to get documentation of your orders is to
print an Invoice Record directly from the "My Account" area of our
website. Here's how to do it:
- Go to our homepage.
- Select My Account from the
top navigation.
- Log in (if requested to do
so) being sure to use the username and password under which the order
was placed.
- Click the line that says Orders.
- Click on the order
number for which you need the invoice.
From there, you may print by clicking
the "printer-friendly version" link and then either clicking the printer
icon or using your browser's print command.
This is not the actual invoice, but it is an exact record of the
information from your order that was used to produce the invoice.
This document is sufficient for most companies as adequate documentation for purposes of
reimbursement.
However, if after printing it out, you feel you need a
copy of the actual invoice instead, please
contact your Comstock
Customer Service Representative and we will arrange to have one sent to
you.
